Take One Home

Short but cute, and I personally really appreciated the emphasis on responsible pet ownership, ex. having all of the necessary items first and knowing to expect a warm-up period/training. As someone with multiple rescue cats, I enjoyed seeing some of the different personalities you can find in shelter cats, and even adopting a senior cat! I also "played" through the PDF, but I adopted Midnight my first time through the game, mostly because I also have a fluffy black cat that was found and brought to the shelter, and which was named Midnight (though we renamed him when we adopted him)! And Shark's ending was unexpected but heartwarming, if a little bittersweet; it's always the best thing when the cat is happy, even if it's not how you initially thought things would go. :)
